At Eat Well with Sara, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their optimal health and wellness goals through personalised and science based nutritional interventions. As a registered dietitian, Sarah brings years of experience and genuine passion to coach and guide her clients to thrive and flourish.  

Many wellbeing coaches are inspired by a passion for health, a desire to help others, or personal experiences with wellness challenges. Sarah our founder herself was motivated by a love for nutritious delicious food, a wish to create positive change, and a belief in the transformative power of healthy eating.
